BeebMaster's
Domesday
Machine

LV-ROM
Player

I bought these two Laserdisc Players in October 2003 and this was on the basis that one of them was the official BBC Domesday Laserdisc Player, the VP-415, and the other was a standard Philips Laservision Disc Drive, the VP-410, without the SCSI connection. The drive opening mechanism on the Domesday Player was said to be faulty and the idea was that I would be able to cobble the two machines together to get a fully working Domesday LV-ROM going. I hope you will click on the links above to learn more about this most prized of Beeb accessories.
