In June 2010, I bought my second DVD recorder, which I used until 2021. I'd finally realised - with a bit of prompting from some clever people who knew all along, but I'd only just asked them - that my earlier model didn't have the capability to capture RGB signals. I looked into things a bit more deeply when choosing a new DVD recorder, and this is the one I came up with.

More recently, it's developed the habit of eating DVDs, so it's due for replacement, but I'm not yet sure with what.
