IDFS Fix for LV-ROM
Of course, what's happening here is that the filing system workspace is being updated, then the changes ensured to the media. But as laserdisc is a read-only media, the changes don't happen. The LV-DOS within the VP415 player is specified not to report errors on attempted writes, so IDFS doesn't know it hasn't worked. Only when making another disc access does the inconsistency get noticed, with a Disc changed error.
