In August 2011, I put some thought into making a little logo to head up my Domesday XXV section - you can see the finished result above. I tried two different ideas, and settled on the second. I wouldn't say I am likely to win any design awards for either, but I was working from the premise that I wanted the logo to be made using the Domesday Machine, and not a modern PC, so I hope you will click on the picture links above to see how I went about it.
