The monitor seen here is the one I originally used with my Domesday Machine back in 2003, although it came with my A5000. The main requirement is a SCART connector and speakers for the sound.

Unfortunately, in 2010 it died a death, deciding not to do anything any more apart from emit a high-pitched when when switched on, so it has been retired from Domesday active service.
