NCST Input Output Adaptor
It looks like the rubber feet have shited over time, and it also looks like the IC on the board has been replaced at some point as well.
Needless to say, whilst this is very definitely a most useful bit of kit, if you like poking around the user and printer ports, I am afraid I have never used it. I wonder if it also is meant to have some control software.
