"The Psychiatrist" episode is slightly long, almost 40 minutes, so they couldn't have got it on one side along with another episode, nor could they have made it CAV which has a maximum running time in PAL of 36 minutes, so it appears that they decided to make side 1 a CAV recording of "Communication Problems" and have "The Psychiatrist" as a short CLV side 2.
