External ADFS
As this was a development from my earlier Internal ADFS, which employed certain characteristics of Acorn VFS, I kept the same filing system number used by VFS and IDFS, 10. ADT's *FSN command doesn't recognise the number, but it shows up here in the low byte, ie. A register value, of a USR call to OSARGS.
