This is "FormatUnit" which simply issues the said command to the drive, without any format parameters or defect list. This is different to "DoForm", which you may have seen before, which does a mode select to change to 256 byte sectors first. We're not doing that here, we're going to see what ADFS makes of being asked to format a 512-byte sector drive.
