Sadly, it didn't work, as there is no way to get a real Winchester Disc and the SCSI2SD to co-exist. I tried numerous things, setting separate SCSI IDs in SCSI2SD, trying different termination options, but nothing worked, as ADFS and the host adapter will only listen to the controller with SCSI ID 0, and there isn't a way to mix-and-match different controllers on the 1MHz bus.
