Carry On number five sees a bunch of unemployed men and women going to work for Sidney James's "Helping Hands" agency. After bungling their way through a series of botched assignments, the team go to clean up an old property owned by their landlord...which ends in near disaster!

Carry On Regardless is more a series of comic sketches with very many cameo appearances, and it is the last Carry On film to feature Terence Longdon.
