BeebRoom 2024
Continuing along, we have Station 128, the first ever BBC B I owned (not counting my 1990s Swarzenegger Beeb). For years I promised a dual drive to Station 128, and when the BeebRoom was formed, I made sure dual drives were available for it. It also has a 6502 second processor, standing on edge to save space, and with effect from December 2023, my second Retroclinic CF hard drive. Underneath but out of view is the Level 3 file server Real-Time Clock connected to the user port, so Station 128 can now be used as a BBC B Econet file server.
Station 128 has ANFS 4.18 which has improvements over NFS 3.60 but also introduces compatibility problems, so it can be used for testing.
