This is the LVL DOS board. Quite a few of the sockets are empty. The disc controller is a 1797, and there is a space on the board for an 8271 as well. The other 40-pin socket is for the 6522 which is displaced from the motherboard when the LVL DOS board is connected, as you will have seen from earlier pictures.
