Master 512 Hard Drive Extend
We have run out of space in the two-byte field reserved in FAT12 for disc size, but FAT16 allows a 4-byte block if these two bytes are null. I've done this to make a disc size of &20000 sectors, which will be 128MB at 1024 bytes per sector.
