As expected, there are more differences between the 6502 and 65C102 versions of 1.10 - but ADT's *FCODE only shows the first 8 differences between files.
As it turned out, the code is modified in RAM when the second processor is running, which accounts for all these differences with apparently the same version, so that's all right then!
