This is my Royal Doulton china teapot which I have owned from new since 1996. I bought it at that time for serving tea to several people at once. I was at University at the time and was involved in holding meetings now and again round at my house with about half a dozen people attending who all needed tea and cakes during the proceedings.

It is white with gold finishing and is very big and very delicate, although it survived the journey to and from university several times as well as our house move in 1998. It holds about eight or nine cups as I remember, and is quite a good pourer.
