When this machine came to me, I didn't have Econet fitted, so I had to add an Econet module so I could use the machine on my main network.

Due to the situation of the ROM boards, this was easier said than done!

The only way I could this was to raise the ROM board which was in the way using a 28-pin IC socket and a ZIF socket in the system ROM socket to lift the board clear of the Econet module.
