This is the Morley Electronics EPROM Programmer, version 2 to be exact, although I don't know what version 1 was like.

It connects up to the BBC user port and has a 28-pin socket on the front for inserting an EPROM. I have added the ZIF socket myself to prevent any damage to EPROMs, or the actual socket for that matter, when inserting and extracting chips.
