I was in London in March 2013 for Commonwealth Day, the first time I had been in the capital during the annual celebrations. I had three things planned - being present outside Westminster Abbey for the Commonwealth Day Observance, seeing if I could get another glimpse at Marlborough House, and attending a Commonwealth Day tea-party at the Royal Commonwealth Club.
