It's amazing who you meet on a train in the middle of a Jubilee - the couple sitting opposite us had won tickets to the Diamond Jubilee picnic and concert and very kindly allowed me to photograph the invitation - shown here - and the concert ticket, shown next.

I have to say that the 8.20 from Piccadilly to Euston on Sunday 3rd June 2012 was the most overcrowded train I've ever been on in all my life. Clearly several hundred other people had had the idea of going to see the River Pageant and clearly the train people hadn't thought that the lines might be a bit busier than your usual Sunday morning.
