UFD Winchester Disc
Rear, with ribbon cable outlet and 1MHz bus pass through connector, power switch and connector, and ID label. It's not surprising it looks identical to the Akhter one as it's made by Akhter under their UFD brand. It looks like "HD2000" has been ticked incorrectly instead of "UFD2000".
