IDFS Fix for LV-ROM
That's the end of that, showing that IDFS now supports the original VP415 laserdisc hardware, which is nice.
What was required was to introduce delays to the hardware accesses before each one. I added a subroutine of 8 NOPs to achieve this, and it brings the LV-ROM player to life.
