When the keyswitch is in Admin mode, the menu options can be accessed. The first is to set the network number of Network A.

A network Bridge joins two networks, referred to as Network A and Network B. Every network segment on an Econet must have a unique network number so the Bridge which is adjacent to two networks is used to select the network number of those segments.

The network number may be anything from 1 to 127. A whole byte is reserved in the Econet software for the network number so why 127 is the limit is unclear to me. In fact, in the Master Series, the file server number and printer server number can be configured to include a network number up to 255.

Here I have set the network number of Net A to 2. The Up and Down buttons cycle through the options.
