BeebMaster - I Want an Econet! - Level 3 Illustrated Guide

Level 3
Illustrated
Guide

Here we are ready to start using Level 3 Econet. The Tube is switched on and the Level 3 software disc is in the drive. This is my own working copy which has one or two of my own files in directories other than the root directory. Although Level 3 Econet uses ADFS as the base filing system for storage, the system disc itself is a DFS disc.

The files in the root directory are AFORM, BACKUP and VERIFY, for... yes, that's right, formatting, verifying and copying ADFS discs, COPYF, the BASIC utility for copying files between filing systems, WFSINIT and WFS-IW, the disc initialiser for Level 3 and my own modified version, Y2KFS3 and FS3-092, Jonathan Harston's fix to allow Level 3 to cope with dates after 1999 and the version 0.92 of the code which it creates.
