Here I have removed the front panel by unplugging the connector from the main PCB.

This is as far as I go folks; the last time I took the drives out of a FileStore it took about two Bank Holiday weekends to get it back together.

Most of the features can be seen though: the drives themselves, which are date-coded 1989, the power supply, SCSI interface towards the back of the PCB, Econet module, main ROM and battery backup.
