Here I am beginning to disassemble the E20. It is the same procedure as a FileStore E01. On the E20, there is no drive door sensor to worry about so once the front panel is unclipped, it can be completely removed by releasing the black mounting on either side of each of the LEDs.

The back panel can be unclipped with a little help from a screwdriver.
