These are the two modification tickets - the left-hand blue one signifies the Parity modification, to improve compatibility with SCSI drives which are fussy about their parity settings, and the SCSI/2 modification, which is related to the SCSI interface, but I don't think it necessarily correlates to SCSI-2.
