Looking at the underside, we can see the connectors which plug into the BBC motherboard. I think this unit would only be suitable for issues 4 & 7 of the BBC motherboard as the layout was different in previous issues.

A curious side-effect of this adapter is that the Econet lead plugs into the back of the computer "upside-down" because the socket is mounted on the underside of the board.
