Here I have removed the side cladding. The easiest way to do this is to gently ease the pieces up from the top with a screwdriver. All you do then is lift them off, probably breaking off all the lugs which fit into the side in the process.

I have removed two indicator lamps from the front panel. The sensor remains attached as it is fixed to the front panel and must be unplugged from the circuit board once the lid is off.
