Here is a full-frontal picture of the FileStore E01. Don't be fooled by the writing on the drive door! It is a replacement door which was on it when it came to me. Ironically, I now have an E20 without a drive door!!

On the E01, the drive door is vital because there is a sensor just behind the Acorn logo which controls whether the unit is in "user" mode for use on the network or "maintenance" mode for formatting discs, changing settings and generally doing irreparable damage to your Econet.
