50th Anniversary Viewing
Here it is then:
"The Yangtse Incident" for William Hartnell, made in 1949. I'd seen part of this film earlier in the year and thought a full outing would be a good start to the 50th anniversary CRTathon.
"A Hitch in Time" with Patrick Troughton is an old favourite which I haven't seen for at least 20 years, possibly even longer.
"Will Any Gentleman" is a 1950s Ealing comedy which I'd never even heard of until I was looking through Jon Pertwee's multiography. It has a very good cast - including William Hartnell as well - so I went for it.
"The Golden Voyage of Sinbad" is possibly a slightly obvious choice for Tom Baker, as it is reportedly the role which landed him the part in Doctor Who, but I've never seen it.
I chose "Campion" for Peter Davison because it is something I remember him being in after Doctor Who, although I can't really recall watching any of it.
I was a bit stuck for "Colin Baker" because I needed to avoid his other major television role in "The Brothers" under the "obvious" exemption, but the first episode of Jonathan Creek was suggested to me.
