This is the National Disc starting sequence with the information panel and picture number display both switched on at the same time. This is only possible with the "wonky" VP415 as the good one has a later control software revision which won't allow both displays on the screen at the same time, so when clicking on the picture links above, you will have to excuse the streaky picture quality in some of the images.
