By this point we are up to chunk 5, and so far so good. About 4 hours have gone by since the previous picture, by the way, since this process is slow. The actual copying speed seemed to be quite variable, probably something to do with the number of re-tries the LV-ROM needed at any given time, but roughly it was taking about 45 minutes to read an 8MB chunk into RAM and then another 10 minutes to save the chunk onto the MDFS.
