Most of my leads were already in separate bags, organised according to type, before I began this exercise just before Christmas 2010. The problem was that, due to Gordon Brown's policy of raving about carrier bags for 3 years, these handy plastic receptacles are now "bio-degradable" which means that they last for about a month and then dissolve into bits of confetti when you pick them up to inspect the contents.

So, to an extent, the contents had become a little bit muddled due to this. Further muddling also occurred due to my less than diligent re-filing of finished-with leads. It was time to start again.
