How about this - a third party cheese wedge! It's the only one I've ever come across, unless you know otherwise!

This is a video digitiser, made by RH Electronics. The first picture set is the unit itself, and dates from July 2010, replacing the original picture set from February 2006.

There then follow two sets showing how I tried to get it to work using its Control ROM.
