SCSI Upgrade

After the low-level format failed, I had a go at a high-level format, with a similar success level.

I've always thought that the terms "low-level" and "high-level" format are a bit misleading. A low-level format is what we BBC users would call a format, in other words, writing the disc layout of tracks and sectors onto the disc surface, and in the case of Winchester discs, dealing with defects.

A high-level format is what I would call "initialisation", that is, writing the free space map and root directory onto a freshly formatted disc.

Just thought I should make that clear!
