This is the Desktop, and a RISC-OS 2.00 Desktop at that! There is no "initialising" screen just before, which wasn't introduced until RISC-OS 3, and the system icon is the Archimedes "A" rather than the Acorn acorn.

Econet is showing up too. I can't recall exactly but I would think that I put the Econet interface in myself. It's the first thing I do to any new Acorn acquisition!
