All Acorn motherboards have the Acorn logo and a description. In many cases, it is the model number of the machine it is intended for. However, here we have the description "Universal Brd" so this exact board must have been used in various different machines. I imagine it would have been used in the A400 and A500 series but I doubt the A300 series use this board, because this board contains an on-board ST506 controller for Winchester discs whereas I think the A305 and A310 needed a Winchester podule adding before a hard disc could be put in.
