The final step is to rename this disc so I can store it away as my "FastBoot" disc.

I may have made a meal of it all: I could simply have said format an 800K Acorn DOS disc, copy the two system files and activate FastBoot with a D-BREAK.

But that wouldn't have been half as illuminating, now would it?
